My cousin is getting married next week and since she loves everything to match I decided to make a damask SCAL file that will match her bedding. Now I am able to make coordinating gifts to go with her bedroom set. Here is a picture of the bedding from Target:
To create the file in SCAL, I first zoomed in on one of the designs and saved it as a jpeg. Then, I opened up SCAL, selected the Trace Image feature, Imported the image and adjusted the settings until I had a clear traced image. Now I can adjust the size to whatever project I’m working on. I was even able to scale it down to fit on the front of a card and it cut perfectly! You can download the free damask file HERE. Let me know if you use it, I’d love to see what you create!
